    Is there image editing like paint or photoshop inside Inkscape?

    Short answer: not to any great extent.

    Best answer: Inkscape can LINK images, where the image file is retained in its folder/directory, and any saved modifications to the linked image will appear in the Inkscape workspace. GIMP is a great tool for making image modifications.
