I'm a retired Vision Support Technician, which means when I was working full time between 2002-2021, I was modifying education materials for students from elementary/Primary school age to Further Education (25 years) who had low or no vision.
I was instrumental in convincing the Integrated Resource after the collapse of TGD Pro to migrate to Inkscape, saving the service from purchasing proprietary Braille Graphics Suites costing £200 per machine licence.
Inkscape is Free and Open Source Software licensed under the GPL.
