Inkscape

We need to discuss the Inkscape charter, specifically the current limitation that requires people who have copyright in the Inkscape project (listed in the AUTHORS file) to be allowed to vote in elections, but no one else. This discussion should hope to identify what it is we want to recognise as a valid long term contribution to the project and how we should document the constituents of the project for voting purposes. Please come if you are a team leader or interested in how contributors get to choose board members.
